Although I know I have difficulty with public speaking, I have been taking advantage of several opportunities that have become available both in a professional setting such as conducting small group training courses to a personal setting such as volunteering to coach a group of 9-10 year old girls for Odyssey of the Mind. I am looking at transferring to a training department in the next six months that works with both face-to-face and distance education training.
